Nowadays, HDR or high dynamic range photography has become very populor among the photographer. For those who do not know what is HDR, you might refer HERE as its well explained at wikipedia. I think maybe after reading from the wikipedia about the definition of HDR,you might say urghhh…so technical. So, i am referring you with one simple explanation cum with sample of photo.

In photography we are often confronted with situations where we have high contrast between 2 areas. A single image from a camera in that instance will either capture the highlights and underexpose the shadows, or will blow out the highlights, and capture the shadows. The first 2 pictures demonstrate this. The idea behind HDR is to intentionally capture just one area of the image, and then combine it with other images (using software) so that the entire scene is properly exposed: ie picture 3.

According to my reading,HDR technique could create an effect that can reflect very closely to how our eyes could capture the scene. That is how amazing the HDR photography can produce the photo. So,i start searching on the net looking for the sample of the high dynamic range photo. I found a lot of great photo to share with you in this post. Some of the photo you might see at my Photo Gallery later, cause its must get the permission of the owner.
